Meet Our Team

Brad Whitman

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Brad Whitman began his career siding houses right after high school. Through hands-on experience and dedication, he gained a deep understanding of building homes from the ground up. In 2018, Brad founded his own company, turning his passion for home improvement into a business built on long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

A former volunteer firefighter, Brad remains active in the community alongside his family through the Cicero Township Volunteer Fire Department in Tipton. When he's not on the job site, you’ll likely find him fishing or spending quality time with his family and their pets.

Blake Ayres

Blake Ayres has always had a strong calling to serve. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he spent five years serving across the U.S. and the Middle East. Following a medical discharge in 2018, Blake returned to Indiana and discovered a new passion in sales.

While stationed overseas in Bahrain, Blake met his wife, Katie. They now have two daughters and enjoy spending quality time together as a family. Outside of work, Blake is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing.

Blake brings dedication, discipline, and a service-first mindset to his role as our Project Manager, overseeing all sales projects with care and commitment.
